Moutaincow Stock ImageThe National Stationery Show is the best time of year for anyone in the invitation retail or design business. It's like Christmas for us--our chance to see all of the goodies the elves have been busy making throughout the year.
I myself have a unique perspective. I'm working in a vendor booth and shopping as a retailer. So my first post is about the product I use and demo at the show--Mountaincow's Printing Press Pro Extreme. This software is a wonderful time-saving tool to help you create and print custom invitations and imprintables. It features templates from such companies as Envelopments, Whitney English, Hicks Paper, Bonnie Marcus, San Lori, Meri Meri and more. These templates will make product turnaround much faster. This means satisfied customers and more business!
I usually do 30 demos easily by the end of the day. Sometimes a demo group can be as large as 6 or 7 people and as small as 1 person. One thing's for sure, they love the software and all of it's capabilities! I even been offered apple pie to come out and train store staff. Unfortunately, my demo station faces some very lovely Envelopments products and I end up dreaming of all the invitations and stationery items I'll be able to create with the beautiful gems.
I love meeting new and current customers and sharing software tidbits as well as business advice and resources. This year was absolutely wonderful! If you couldn't make the show or you're interested in Mountaincow's professional invitation software, visit their website for an interactive demo. You'll love it!
