Customer service is taken very seriously around here. I've always felt that when you smile you make someone feel a little better if only for a moment. As I did some maintenance on one of the sites we advertise, I noticed some very positive feedback that actually made me cry.

Platinum Tiara was a wonderful company to work with. Once my order was placed I received multiple emails and phone calls letting me know the progress of my order. I also received a call once my order was shipped and a call to see if everything was as I wanted. The customer service was prompt and professional. The staff were cordial and caring. I would recommend Platinum Tiara to anyone! They provided the best service for the best price. I really shopped around for the invitations that I needed for the baby shower and Platinum Tiara was definitely the lowest! I loved the way they addressed me by name and the last message I received they included my sister's name and wished her special baby blessings. It was so nice to be recognized as a person and not just an order number. As I have said, the customer service was impeccable..the price was the best...and the staff were wonderful!
